About the Role
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow professionals to join a growing consulting and transformation environment supporting enterprise-level initiatives across global projects.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, as well as professionals with exposure to stakeholder management, delivery coordination, or product/service ownership responsibilities.
You will work on large-scale ServiceNow transformation projects involving platform development, solution delivery, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Level and responsibilities will depend on experience, technical expertise, and leadership exposure.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, portals, and integrations
• Participate in end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-value solutions
• Support backlog discussions, solution planning, and delivery coordination activities
• Contribute to platform optimization, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in defining priorities, roadmap discussions, and implementation planning
• Work across multiple initiatives while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with team members across projects
• Support stakeholder communication, reporting, and project delivery activities when needed
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development, consulting, implementation, or related roles
• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, and web development best practices
• Experience in Service Portal implementation
• Experience working on end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects
• Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM, or custom applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
