About The Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives focused on field operations, workforce optimization, and service delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow FSM modules, workflow automation, dispatching, scheduling, and field workforce management. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and project teams to design and implement scalable ServiceNow FSM solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer service delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys combining functional consulting, solution design, and platform configuration within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Functional Consulting & Solution Design
• Translate business requirements related to:
• Field service operations
• Work orders
• Dispatching
• Scheduling
• Asset management
• Mobile workforce management into scalable ServiceNow FSM functional designs and platform configurations.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, process mapping, and solution walkthroughs.
• Analyze current processes and recommend optimized FSM workflows and automation opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow FSM capabilities, platform best practices, and implementation strategies.
ServiceNow FSM Configuration
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow FSM modules including:
• Work Orders and Tasks
• Dispatch Console
• Scheduling and Assignment
• Mobile Agent / Field Service Mobile App
• Asset, Location, and Inventory Management
• Define and configure:
• Workflows
• Business Rules
• UI Policies
• Form Layouts
• SLAs
• Notifications
• Dashboards and Reporting
• Ensure platform configurations align with business and operational requirements.
Collaboration & Integration
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for integrations and custom development activities.
• Support integration initiatives across ITSM, CSM, ERP, and enterprise systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of FSM solutions.
Documentation & Governance
• Create and maintain:
• Functional documentation
• Solution design documents
• Configuration workbooks
• User guides
• Process documentation
• Support governance, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10 years of experience in enterprise service management and ServiceNow consulting.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
• Strong knowledge of:
• Work Orders and Tasks
• Dispatch Console
• Scheduling and Assignment
• Mobile Agent / FSM Mobile App
• Asset, Location, and Inventory Management
• Strong understanding of FSM data models, workflows, scheduling, and dispatching concepts.
• Experience configuring:
• Workflows
• Business Rules
• UI Policies
• SLAs
• Notifications
• Reporting dashboards
• Experience conducting workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with:
• ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
• ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
• SAP Field Service Management integrations
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and service operations.
• Exposure to mobile workforce transformation projects.
