Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Your Profile & DNA:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, provide strategic guidance, and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Customer & Requirements Management
• Understand customer business processes and IT environments.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and technical requirements.
• Identify both stated and unstated customer needs and recommend suitable ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct workshops and brainstorming sessions to align platform capabilities with customer objectives.
Solution Design & Architecture
• Lead the architecture and design of new ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements.
• Design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow applications aligned with customer roadmaps and platform best practices.
• Support maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of existing ServiceNow applications.
• Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
Platform Advisory & Thought Leadership
• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on best-fit technical solutions and architecture decisions.
• Promote ServiceNow best practices, governance, and design standards.
Security, Compliance & Governance
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, audit, compliance, and customer policy requirements.
• Support governance and risk management initiatives related to the ServiceNow platform.
Mentorship & Delivery Support
• Mentor implementation teams and provide guidance on development, testing, and deployment methodologies.
• Share best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives within customer and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualification & Experience
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience in ServiceNow solution design and architecture.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience engaging with business and IT stakeholders in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, enterprise architecture, and platform governance.
• Knowledge of security, audit, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic recommendations.
