Requirements:
• 10+ years of non-internship professional experience with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow HRSD experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years leading technical delivery teams or offshore development resources
• CIS-HRSD certification is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Lead technical delivery efforts within the ServiceNow HRSD platform while managing a 6-person offshore development team
• Partner with HR stakeholders, application leadership, and client counterparts on backlog grooming, user stories, technical planning, and delivery oversight
• Provide hands-on ServiceNow support including creating fields/tables, troubleshooting, integrations, and technical solutioning
• Support ongoing HR technology initiatives, including Workday to ServiceNow HR integrations
• Own delivery-related responsibilities including capacity planning, monthly reporting, and offshore coordination
