Experience we are looking for :
• ServiceNow IRM hands‑on proficiency: data model (Authority Doc → Control → Test; Risk Framework → Risk → Assessment → Indicator; Profiles), configure risk methodology and assessments, build/mapping control library, automate monitoring with Indicators/integrations, manage issues/exceptions workflows, align with CMDB/CSDM, and build role‑based dashboards.
