Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Playbooks for ITSM and ITOM use cases.
• Build guided task workflows using Process Automation Designer (PAD).
• Configure and customize Agent Workspace / Configurable Workspace.
• Develop automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and IntegrationHub.
• Implement operational workflows for Incident, Problem, Change, Major Incident, Event Management, and CMDB processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather workflow and automation requirements.
• Integrate Playbooks with ServiceNow modules and third-party tools.
• Support ITOM functionalities including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Optimize existing workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills
• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience in ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Playbook development.
• Expertise in Process Automation Designer (PAD).
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with Agent Workspace / Configurable Workspace.
• Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts.
• Experience in REST/SOAP integrations.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and SDLC processes.
