Technical Comptency

• Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect.

• Architect ServiceNow solutions supporting plant operations, production support, and operational maintenance

• Design OTfriendly service models aligned to CSDM and CMDB, including: Plants, production lines, machines, controllers, sensors

• Manufacturing services and operational dependencies

• Ensure solutions support high availability, safety, and minimal production disruption

• Architect integrations between ServiceNow and:

o MES platforms

o SCADA / PLC environments (through middleware / integrationlayers)

o Industrial monitoring and alerting tools

o ERP systems (SAP, Oracle – asset & maintenance context)

• Use MID Server, APIs, and Integration Hub to enable secure OT data exchange

Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre- iteration, and retrospectives).

• Review, and do proactive analyze and resolve application issues as needed.

• Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance

• Knowledge on Manufacturing plant operations

• Knowledge on Production line and shopfloor systems

• Knowledge on Asset reliability and maintenance planning

• OT cybersecurity awareness and access controls
