This role will support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives focused on data quality, service modeling, analytics, and intelligent automation to enable operational visibility, reporting, and decision‑making across complex environments. The role is hands‑on and responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a strong emphasis on CMDB/CSDM alignment, automation, analytics, and AI‑assisted capabilities. The environment includes complex data models, advanced reporting requirements, and the need to deliver scalable, maintainable platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.

• Configure and extend CMDB and CSDM 4.0/5.0, including Application, Service, and Infrastructure data models.

• Ensure accurate service modeling and data relationships to support reporting, impact analysis, and automation.

• Implement automation using Flow Designer and Playbooks to support guided, data‑driven processes.

• Leverage Now Assist capabilities where applicable to enhance productivity and user experience.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics (critical to this role).

• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, indicators, and analytics strategies that support operational and business objectives.

• Develop advanced scripting solutions using GlideScript, Client Scripts, and Business Rules to support complex business logic and platform behavior.

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience.

• Experience delivering solutions in enterprise, multi‑vendor environments.

• Experience in government or regulated environments is an asset.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.

• At least one additional ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) designation – preferred.
