Full Stack Developer (ServiceNow and PowerBI)Location: Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, Charlotte, NC, New JerseyHybrid – 3 Days OnsiteContract Length: 18 monthsPay Rate: $53/hour – $57/hourNote: We are unable to consider C2C or third-party submissions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Software Engineer to consult on and contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives with a focus on data analytics and full-stack development. This role requires hands-on experience with analytics platforms like ServiceNow Analytics and Power BI, as well as application development using modern full-stack technologies. The engineer will work within an Agile environment to support sprint-based delivery and ensure solutions align with enterprise policies and compliance requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to moderately complex software engineering and analytics initiatives.Develop and enhance data analytics solutions using ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Power BI.Support full-stack application development using .NET and/or Angular.Translate Agile user stories into technical designs and working software.Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Analyze and resolve technical and data-related challenges.Collaborate with peers, product owners, and stakeholders to meet deliverables.Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, procedures, and standards.Required Qualifications4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.Data analytics experience across multiple platforms, including ServiceNow Platform Analytics and Power BI.Full-stack development experience, preferably with .NET and Angular.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client personnel.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating analytics platforms with application layers.Exposure to additional BI or reporting tools.Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.Communication skills to translate analytical findings into technical solutions.Compensation & BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is $53.00/hr – $57.00/hr.
