About the role
We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to drive the strategy, planning, and delivery of a ServiceNow program supporting a federal client. This role sits at the intersection of business process improvement and project leadership — you will own the roadmap, facilitate agile ceremonies, and serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and the delivery team. The ideal candidate is an organized, client-facing leader who can translate business needs into platform solutions and keep cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule. What you’ll lead
• Serve as Scrum Master for the ServiceNow delivery team — facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos, removing blockers to keep the team moving.
• Own and manage the program roadmap, sprint backlog, and release calendar in close coordination with client stakeholders and senior technology leaders.
• Act as the primary client relationship owner — gather requirements, translate business needs into platform priorities, and present demos of completed solutions to obtain feedback.
• Lead UAT process, creating test cases, running testing and ensuring acceptance criteria are met before each release.
• Facilitate platform upgrade planning, working with the team to assess impact, schedule releases, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Bridge communication between product owners, developers, other teams and leadership — ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and success criteria at every stage.
