Job Description/ Responsibilities
1. Document detailed functional & data business requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
2. Lead meetings working with the business & technical teams to clarify functional requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
3. Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.
4. Run daily Scrum for the ServiceNow team.
5. Test system functionality prior to release into production.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize competing demands.
