Job Description:
Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC/Irving, TX/Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid -3 days a week)
This person will be aligned to the IRM Controls Management Team under Paul Rodgers. Will be handling the backlog, requirement gathering and continuous JIRA.
– Experience with the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) product, with specific experience with the Integrated Risk Module (IRM).
– At least 2 years with IRM Implementations experience – someone who has supported and IRM Implementation (Covers all Policy Compliance, Risk & Audit within this space)
– Understanding of SNOW Controls and Requirements for integration/catalog builds.
– Ability to work backlog in JIRA – following AGILE practices
– Strong understanding on Service portal configurations and REST integration.
– Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration settings.
– Experience with projects around the execution of construction of solution that leverages knowledge of designated programming language(s) and ensures consistency with proposed design approach; Initiates peer reviews of system code; Establishes standards and leading practices.
Certs Required: CSA & IRM Implementations Specialist Certification (Must be active)
