Job Description :
We currently have a contract opportunity for a ServiceNow Engineer.
• Design, develop, and validate endtoend ServiceNow workflows to support Cloud Services, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Lead requirements discussions with stakeholders to understand, refine, and translate functional needs into clear technical build specifications.
• Architect and oversee workflow integrations with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and Azure, ensuring that triggered workflows initiate the correct backend automation.
• Manage and coordinate development cycles, working backandforth across teams to ensure requirements, designs, and implementations remain aligned.
• Integrate ServiceNow workflows with broader automation and IT service management processes, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Workflow, Form Design, and Integration modules, with the ability to architect endtoend solutions (handson background required, but current handson execution not required).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical build requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience designing or integrating with automation platforms, including Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and Azure Automation.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Service Request Management, and related ITSM/ITOM modules (CMDB experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of integration design patterns, workflow logic, APIs, and best practices for scalable ServiceNow implementations.
