Responsibilities
• A successful candidate should have a strong IT service management and software development background and be able to perform all activities related to Application Development, including implementing, and maintaining solutions within ServiceNow)
• 10 years of experience performing application development including 8 years of progressive experience with ServiceNow application development and architecture
• 5 years of experience developing program roadmaps and providing strategic guidance to IT leaders
• Experience must include the design and implementation of complex application solutions suited to business needs using the ServiceNow platform and hosted applications, incorporating principles of scalability, reliability, and simplicity
• Experience monitoring technical professionals is required, including performing technical reviews monitoring, and coordinating complex development efforts
• Develop detailed functional and technical requirements for Servicenow enhancements Troubleshoot and Mitigate identified bugs Develop scripts
• To improve operational efficiency across all AC ServiceNow environments, and Orchestrate and Automate workflows and data exchange Must be able to define and implement high performance and highly scalable product/application architectures, and be able to lead integration activities for operational, tactical, and strategic systems
• Determine and analyze functional requirements Optimize service performance Develop and customize ServiceNow scoped applications and facilitate the rollout of new business processes and enhancements to current applications
• Other Credentials ITIL v3 or v4 foundations required Two of the following ServiceNow certifications are preferred
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow
• Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist Other architectures and
• Service framework certifications are preferred, Ex: IT4IT, TOGAF
