Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Technical ServiceNow BSA with a strong blend of ServiceNow development and business analysis experience. The ideal candidate should have a background as a ServiceNow Developer transitioning into a BSA role, or someone who actively works across both areas.
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience as a ServiceNow BSA / Business Systems Analyst
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Ability to bridge technical and functional requirements
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working with stakeholders
Mandatory Skill:
• Recent and significant experience with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management)
