The role (what you’ll do)
• Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/CMDB (plus HRSD/SPM/CSM as needed).
• Lead integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth2/JWT, MID Server) with cloud and enterprise systems.
• Set platform guardrails: CSDM alignment, performance tuning, governance, security.
• Coach dev teams on best practices; own upgrades and roadmap execution.
Must-haves
• 9+ years on ServiceNow (3+ as lead/architect).
• Deep hands-on in ITSM/ITOM/CMDB and CSDM; strong JavaScript/Glide/Business Rules.
• Proven integrations at scale; update sets/version control and release hygiene.
• Certifications like CSA/CAD/CTA (or equivalent experience).
• Solid ITIL (Incident/Problem/Change/Config) and agile delivery chops.
How to stand out
• Designed enterprise CMDB at scale with clean data models and performance wins.
• Built with Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence.
• CI/CD for ServiceNow and automation-first mindset.
• Cloud touchpoints (AWS/Azure) + measurable outcomes (MTTR ↓, adoption ↑, cost ↓).
