Experience Required :

ServiceNow ITSM Expertise: ServiceNow ITSM modules, especially TPSM (Telecom Service Portfolio Management), and the ability to assess current implementations
Business Service Management (BSM) Strategy: Experience in aligning ServiceNow capabilities with business roadmaps, particularly in telecom environments, to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
ServiceNow Module Evaluation: Ability to evaluate and recommend additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, CSM, FSM) based on business needs and existing infrastructure.
AI Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and ServiceNow Now Assist, including migration strategies and comparative analysis for intelligent automation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Assessment Delivery: Strong communication and consulting skills to conduct assessments, gather requirements, and present findings to stakeholders
