• Drive ServiceNow adoption, with a focus on CMDB maturity, usability, and stakeholder engagement
• Should be flexible and tool-agnostic — able to learn and manage tools like Splunk, Java apps, or custom platforms as needed
• Will play a pivotal role in cross-functional delivery, coordinating work across offshore teams to ensure continuous progress and ownership
