We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with extensive experience in designing, developing, and delivering ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions integrated with Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions, aligning HAM capabilities with CMDB to ensure accurate asset lifecycle management, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of ServiceNow HAM solutions with strong integration to CMDB.
• Define solution roadmaps, architecture standards, and best practices for HAM and CMDB integration.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with ITAM/ITSM processes.
• Implement and configure HAM modules, discovery tools, and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Ensure asset lifecycle management processes (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement) are fully automated and integrated with CMDB.
• Drive data quality and governance for hardware assets within CMDB.
• Collaborate with ITAM, ITSM, SAM, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators in implementing HAM solutions.
• Conduct solution reviews, performance optimization, and ensure adherence to security/compliance standards.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building ServiceNow architectural capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience.
• Proven experience in architecting, implementing, and delivering ServiceNow HAM solutions.
• Strong expertise in CMDB design, population, and integration with HAM.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM, SAM modules and their relationship with HAM/CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Integrations (API, MID Server, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle management, governance, and compliance practices.
• Ability to design scalable workflows, customizations, and data models in ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HAM and/or CMDB (preferred).
