Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a ServiceNow System Administrator, who is responsible for providing the enterprise ServiceNow capabilities that are configured out-of-the-box with an approach of configuration over customization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
• ServiceNow Administrator certifications are a plus
• 8+ years of experience
• Design and develop Order guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers
• Hands-on experience implementing HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Agent workspace
• Understanding other ITSM modules like Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge
• Develop/Maintain integration between SNOW and other systems using REST/SOAP API, MID Servers, and Integration Hub
• Hands-on experience customizing ServiceNow by creating UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled jobs using Glide classes, Ajax, JavaScript
• Service Portfolio Management (SPM) experience
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM) experience
Responsibilities:
• Perform design tasks and develop components of the application and technical architecture
• Develop test cases and data
• Execute tests for the application or technical architecture components, work with other programmers, designers, and architects to meet application requirements and performance goals, participate in code reviews, inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project, fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing, document the application to facilitate maintenance
• Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates, and configures solutions
• Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives
• May provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff
• Provides a systematic analysis of client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered
• Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes
