Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users
• Lead meetings working with the business & technical teams to clarify functional requirements
• Document detailed functional & data business requirements, process flows, use cases, information needs, and obtain functional design specification approvals
• Create reports, presentations, and user stories
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned including preparation of data and meeting notes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize competing demands
• Elevated level of professionalism, self-motivation, and sense of urgency
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to negotiate, compromise and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations and to interact effectively with senior management
• Able to understand the logic of code and to construct simple data queries in ServiceNow
• Advanced knowledge of ITSM applications within ServiceNow
• The ability to take ownership, manage through conflict and mobilize internal resources
• Adaptable to a changing, dynamic client-facing work environment while driving results
• UAT Lead – Communication, Coordination, Tracking and Issue Resolution
“must Have” Specific Knowledge And Skills
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Medium level of expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail and quality work output
• Well aware of SCRUM methodology
Additional Skills And Other Requirements
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in ServiceNow
• 7 years as a business analyst
• Good communication skills
Rate: $80-$90/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
