ServiceNow Developer/Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to architect, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITSM/ITOM best practices. This role demands a hands-on technologist with strong operational insight who can partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable workflows that reduce friction across IT services.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Maintain and improve ServiceNow platform stability and availability.
• Implement catalog items, flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integration modules.
• Collaborate with process owners and technical teams to define business requirements.
• Conduct system upgrades, patching, and application/module deployments.
• Support ServiceNow reporting and dashboard development.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.
• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations).
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices.
• Proven ability to create and support complex workflows and business rules.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); additional certifications a plus.
• Experience with ServiceNow GRC, SecOps, or HRSD modules.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
