ServiceNow Architect / Lead
Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid 3 days Onsite/Week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect/Lead to join our growing IT Service Management team. This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations, design platform strategy, and work on complex integrations with cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITBM, and CMDB
• Lead the alignment of platform architecture with the Common Services Data Model (CSDM)
• Drive end-to-end ServiceNow integration with AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and other platforms
• Develop and enforce best practices for performance, scalability, and governance
• Guide cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and ensure architectural consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration) into platform capabilities
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, update sets, and deployment governance
• Utilize tools like Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence for smart workflows
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Minimum 3 years in a lead or architect role
• Strong knowledge in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, etc.)
• Experience with REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server integrations
• Solid understanding of CSDM and ServiceNow best practices
• Familiar with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, etc.
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD for ServiceNow deployments
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
