Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Resource should have strong knowledge on ServiceNow Administration mainly on the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), ServiceNow Agile Module. Should possess knowledge on ServiceNow integration with Cloud Jira , Jira Align (Migration)
• Should have moderate knowledge on Jira and Jira Align Integration
• Manage different project stakeholders expectations and work requests, resolve on priority
• Work with Onsite / Offshore model to manage and prioritize the work
• Administration, onboarding and customization of Jira projects, Confluence Space
• Automation and solutioning for user requirements and best practices using Automation for Jira, SIL Manager
• Administration of Jira Align. Onboarding new portfolio, ART and teams. Integrating existing teams to Jira Align
• Restructuring ARTs and Teams in Jira Align
• Migration of Jira projects and Confluence spaces from once instance to another.
• Migration of Jira Align work items from one connector to another
• Helping users understand the best practices of using Jira and Confluence
• Manage and work with Jira addons like Xray Test management, Structure and confluence macros like Confi-forms
• Work on POCs for new implementations and integrations

Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 a Year
