Description
It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP Developer to join the Administration Applications group. In this hybrid technical-functional role, you’ll work directly with business users to understand requirements, architect and build solutions, and deliver end-to-end SAP functionality using best practices. The role focuses on SAP SD/MM modules, ABAP development, and integration with emerging SAP technologies such as S/4HANA. This position offers a competitive pay rate, working with an innovative team, as well as room for growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support SAP customizations primarily in SD and MM modules.
• Collaborate with end users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Deliver end-to-end development, including RICEF objects and web services.
• Work with functional teams and provide SPRO configurations as needed.
• Develop CDS Views and AMDPs in S/4HANA environment.
• Integrate SAP applications with external systems using OData, RFCs, and SAP PO/PI (preferred).
• Provide technical documentation, test plans, deployment procedures, and time estimates.
• Support system issues, change requests, and proactively identify performance improvements.
Skills and Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, including SD/MM modules.
• Strong technical experience with S/4HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP.
• Proficiency in developing RICEF objects and web services (OData/SOAP).
• Familiarity with SPRO configuration and end-to-end integration scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write documentation and lead technical discussions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a self-driven attitude toward continuous learning and innovation.
Nice to have:
• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP PO/PI, and Power BI.
• Working in a manufacturing environment.
