Job Title: Training Coordinator – Servicenow

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration:- 6+ Months temp to Hire

Position Summary

The Training Coordinator for STORES 2.0 is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing training activities to ensure all contract personnel meet mandatory and project-specific training requirements. This role supports the STORES development team by supporting training delivery, tracking completion, and reporting status to the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop training materials to include user guides, knowledge-based articles, standard operating procedures and recorded training modules.
• Coordinate uploading of training materials to ServiceNow platform/STORES application with new and updated training materials.
• Coordinate with project management and technical teams to identify training needs for new and existing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all contract and federal training requirements.
• Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and resources.
• Track and report training completion and compliance metrics.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate training logistics.
• Stay current on new/additional/supplemental DLA mandatory training requirements and communicate updates to the team.
• Assist in the development of any other deliverables as required by the contract.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, preferably in a federal contracting or technology environment.
• Experience working with ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Adobe Captivate, preferred.
• Familiarity with federal training requirements and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with project management and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
