Description and Requirements

Dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to lead our ServiceNow platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical infrastructure of our ServiceNow environment, ensuring its reliability, performance, scalability, and security. This role involves managing a team of system administrators and developers, collaborating closely with R&D to support innovation, and ensuring the platform aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, including system administration, database management, and performance monitoring to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it supports current operations efficiently and is scalable for future growth and innovations.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of system administrators and developers, fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring high standards of technical excellence.
• R&D Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to provide technical expertise and resources, enabling the development of new solutions, features, and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Manage security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Capacity Planning: Conduct regular reviews of platform usage and performance trends to anticipate future needs, ensuring the platform can scale in response to business demands.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with IT leadership, project managers, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with business goals and client expectations.

Qualifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in managing ServiceNow platforms, including architecture design, system administration, and security management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams and projects.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and latest developments.
• Expertise in ITIL frameworks, with certification highly regarded.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Experience in vendor management and negotiations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in both technical and leadership areas.
