Technical Business Analyst – ServiceNow

As a Technical Business Analyst – ServiceNow, you will strong background in workflow automation using ServiceNow and analyze business processes and work closely with developers to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Data Architects, and Engineers in a dynamic, agile environment translating customer pain points into actionable requirements and helping shape innovative product offerings.

Must be a US Citizen.

Open to Salt Lake City, UT, LA, Phoenix, Portland and Seattle locations.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather and document requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow workflows.
• Partner with developers to deliver automation solutions.
• Conduct testing, validation, and end-user training.
• Monitor and report on automated process performance.
• Work with Product Owners to translate customer requirements into product features and stories.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with ability to design, create, and manage workflows in ServiceNow.
• Design and implement workflows using ServiceNow.
• Proven experience in creating and managing workflows using ServiceNow.
• Track record of identifying and automating manual processes.
• Skilled at translating customer requirements into product features and user stories.
• Proficient with ServiceNow platform and tools experience using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience in business process modeling and documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, AWS services, and cloud data security.
• Solid understanding of data lifecycle management, data mesh, governance, cataloging, movement, AI/analytics, visualization, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in agile, team-oriented environments.
• ServiceNow or related certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of scripting/programming in JavaScript, Python is a plus.
