System Administrator -ServiceNow

Salary rate: 90k-110k per year

Duties and Responsibilities
• Configure, customize and maintain the ServiceNow platform to align with business requirements.
• Implement and enhance ITSM processes, including Incident Management, Change
• Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
• Oversee ticket resolution, ensuring timely and accurate responses to end-user issues.
• Continuously evaluate and improve ITSM processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities within ServiceNow to streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in ITSM.
• Analyze service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on ServiceNow functionality and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for ITSM processes and Service Desk procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.


Technical Proficiency
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and customization capabilities.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
• Communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information.
• Problem-Solving
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Proactive problem-solving approach to address challenges and improve processes.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Administrator.
• ServiceNow certification(s) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and their application in a corporate environment.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Working Conditions:
• Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers and other peripherals.
