Azooa, a leader in digital innovation for the Federal Government, is excited to announce an opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect to join our multi-disciplinary delivery team. This role is pivotal to the success of Indigo, the AEC’s groundbreaking election systems modernisation program. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future state enterprise architecture, providing strategic technical direction, and ensuring our solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the AEC’s ambitious goals.
Role Responsibilities:
• Develop a strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with program and organisational goals.
• Contribute to the development and sustainment of application governance artefacts, including strategies, architectures, and policies.
• Conduct system audits for performance optimisation and ensure compliance with design and coding standards.
• Oversee continuous improvement efforts for the ServiceNow platform.
• Work closely with external vendors, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
• ️ Design and implement end-to-end integrated systems, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a cutting-edge platform.
About You:
• Extensive knowledge and experience with ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, capable of bridging business areas and technical teams.
• Full Australian Drivers License and the ability to obtain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 AGSVA Clearance.
