We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITSM modules, scripting, and integration with third-party tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain platform health and perform version upgrades and patching.
• Create and manage service catalog items and request workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and solutions.
