Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer
Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR). This role will focus on advanced ServiceNow SecOps development, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and platform enhancement within a collaborative engineering environment.
The ideal candidate will be a senior-level developer with strong technical depth, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to support and enhance complex SecOps processes and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
SecOps Development & Configuration
• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow SecOps solutions
• Support and optimize:
• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Configure and troubleshoot workspaces, flows, forms, and platform functionality
• Enhance security workflows and operational processes
Workflow Automation
• Build and maintain Flow Designer solutions
• Develop and optimize:
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• UI Policies
• UI Actions
• Troubleshoot workflow and automation issues across the platform
Troubleshooting & Platform Support
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex ServiceNow issues
• Diagnose and resolve advanced platform, workflow, and integration problems
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Support platform stability, scalability, and performance improvements
Integration & Technical Development
• Support and maintain scanner integrations within Vulnerability Response
• Collaborate with architects and developers on platform enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and development best practices
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards
Required Qualifications
• Senior-level ServiceNow development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Experience with ServiceNow Workspace functionality
• Strong Flow Designer experience
• Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience
• Experience with integrations and workflow automation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a development team
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with vulnerability scanner integrations
• Experience supporting enterprise SecOps environments
