Sr ServiceNow Architect- 14 years of experience needed
Location: Louisville, KY- ONSITE
Experience with the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, and excellent communication skills.
Understand the business requirements, develop the technical solutions against them, and implement. o Good Experience in ServiceNow Development and Configuration in an Enterprise Environment.
Significant experience in ITSM Configuration and Administration (INC, REQ, PRB, CHG, REL, KNW) o Significant experience in CMDB and Discovery
Development, Customization, Migration, Upgrade, and version standardization of ServiceNow o ServiceNow Scripting experience (Java script) to develop scripts includes, macros, business rules, UI policies, etc.
Configuration of functionalities according to the best process & practices o Integration with other ITSM tools & 3rd Party tools
Experience in developing web services (JSON, REST, SOAP) for integration work.
Experience with custom application development within ServiceNow
Proven experience in Service Catalog and Workflow Management
Experience developing system integrations and process automation
Experience with creating reports and dashboards o Experience in ServiceNow UI using AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, HTML, JavaScript and css
