Emerging Technology Group 

Emerging Technology Group (ETG) is ServiceNow’s DT internal incubation group. Being customer zero for ServiceNow products we ensure the products works for us internally and delivers value as it gets in hands of our customers. As Customer Zero we implement all our technology workflows and deliver the best experience. With AI everywhere we are responsible for advance technology services which cuts across the enterprise like Search, Conversational Interfaces, Automation, and helping our DT developers to be productivity to build enterprise grade products on ServiceNow Platform. 

We are focused on accelerating innovations and developing new concepts, forward-thinking solutions and products leveraging ServiceNow’s Intelligent platform.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
• 18+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Experience in ServiceNow platform engineering and workflow automation is a must.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform with a proven track record of delivering excellent experiences and and solutions on the Now Platform.
• Responsible for driving and leading the configuration, development, implementation, and execution of technology workflows strategy across various domains (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, Observability) using ServiceNow to enhance efficiency, automation, and standardization across org.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ServiceNow platform engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives to streamline workflows and maximize the ServiceNow platform’s value.
• Partner with Digital Technology Operations team to identify workflow automation and system integration opportunities.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate technology workflows and ServiceNow platform initiatives.
• Engage customers with “Now on Now” stories showcasing our implementation achievements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ServiceNow and workflow automation.
• Comfortable working autonomously, capable of supporting leadership and driving initiatives without direct supervision.
• Ability to build relationships and foster connections at various organizational levels while leading high-performing teams.
• Effective at interfacing with customers and across all organizational levels.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations, showing intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset for solving complex problems and driving continuous improvement.
