Locations: Philadelphia, PA | San Francisco/San Jose, CA | New York/New Jersey

Work Arrangement: Onsite first week, and occasional meetings with occasional travel

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Vanguard client stakeholders and EY teams to architect Source to Pay solutions in ServiceNow
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications
• Guide GDS teams through implementation phases, ensuring alignment with design and timelines
• Provide hands-on configuration and advisory support across Source to Pay modules
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Source to Pay modules (e.g., Procurement, Vendor Management)
• Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and translate requirements into technical deliverables
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams (GDS or similar)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration capabilities
• Willingness to travel and work onsite during onboarding and key project phases
