Are you passionate about crafting innovative solutions with cutting-edge low-code tools? Join a global team where you’ll lead the charge as an architect in optimizing processes and revolutionizing the landscape of workflow automation platforms using ServiceNow.

You will be a part of the Process Orchestration and Intelligence product team, working on workflow automation platforms to build solutions that optimize business processes. ServiceNow custom applications are low-code solutions built on the ServiceNow Platform that Include capabilities of Application Studio, Guided App Creator, and Mobile Studio. The platform provides a low-code collaborative development environment that enables developers of all skill levels to build and deploy applications on the Now platform rapidly.

The Opportunity
• Designing AES and Service Studio offerings according to enterprise standards
• Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement
• Research, evaluation, proof of concepts, and adoption of new technologies
• Designing non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code
• Developing architectural strategy and roadmaps

Who you are:
• 7-10 years of experience architecting the ServiceNow platform and its products with required certifications including:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis, related study, or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow custom applications with App Engine Studio / Service Studio and specialization in the following areas:
• Agile & DevOps
• Workflows & Flow Designer
• Catalog and UI builder
• Integrations
• Service Portal Design
• Workspace
• Experience working in agile teams (e.g. SAFe/Scrum)
• Experience operating in regulated environments is a plus
