Solution Architect – ServiceNow

Title: – Solution Architect – ServiceNow

Location: Chicago, IL – hybrid / onsite
• Own end to end solution design for ESM capabilities on ServiceNow, ensuring functional needs are met through scalable, compliant solutions aligned to the Golden Instance architecture
• Oversee solution design for specific ESM capabilities or functional waves (e.g. Finance, Procurement, IT)
• Review and validate the design coming from System Integrators and ensure design integrity
• Ensure consistent design patterns across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, etc. as they onboard to the Golden Instance
• Ensure designs align to ServiceNow OOTB capabilities and reuse shared platform components
• Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews, bringing forward solution designs and trade offs
• Identify where functional needs require architecture decisions or exceptions, escalating appropriately
• Partner closely with Development, Integration, and Testing Leads to clarify design intent and resolve design time issues
• Validate that delivered solutions match approved designs and meet functional intent
