Job Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. The role involves working closely with business and IT teams, defining architecture, managing integrations, and ensuring best practices across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead discussions to understand business requirements
• Design scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions
• Define architecture, roadmaps, and best practices
• Manage integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
• Review designs, code, and platform health
• Mentor developers and administrators
• Support upgrades, migrations, and platform improvements
Required Skills:
• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture
• Hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or GRC
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Good understanding of CMDB and data models
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and DevOps
• Good communication skills
