About the Role

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) Specialist who can design, configure, and optimize intelligent automation solutions across the ServiceNow ecosystem. If you love building smart workflows, integrating AI models, and driving automation excellence, this role gives you the perfect platform to shine.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) solutions to orchestrate and monitor AI-driven automations across the organization.
• Develop calculations, aggregations, and business logic for templates.
• Identify automation opportunities in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Integrate AICT with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Build automation workflows and blueprints using AICT, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Work with AI/ML models and external automation platforms (UiPath, Azure AI, OpenAI, etc.) using the AICT framework.
• Establish governance, metrics, dashboards, and monitoring for AI automations.
• Ensure compliance, data security, and AI governance best practices.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems and third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot AICT-related issues and ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Support continuous improvement and identify new opportunities for AI/automation adoption.
• Partner with developers, admins, and business owners to align AICT initiatives with enterprise strategy.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration experience.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow AI Control Tower (AICT) or automation orchestration frameworks.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, predictive intelligence, and workflow automation.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with automation or AI platforms (UiPath, Azure AI, AWS AI, OpenAI, etc.).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with ServiceNow Generative AI Controller or Now Assist capabilities.
• Knowledge of AI governance, monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
• Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies and ServiceNow CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting proficiency (JavaScript, GlideScript, Python preferred).
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, AI/ML Specialist).
• Experience with banking risk, data governance, or risk assessment projects.
