Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Front-End Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Front-End Developer to design and develop custom ServiceNow portals, including Employee Center and UI Builder experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong front-end development background, deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and a proven ability to deliver responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow portals using UI Builder and Service Portal frameworks.
• Build and configure reusable components such as Service Portal widgets and UI Builder elements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and accessible user experiences.
• Integrate front-end interfaces with backend workflows using Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Virtual Agent.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to portal performance, usability, and functionality.
• Contribute to the evolution of ServiceNow theming and styling standards across applications.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing custom ServiceNow portals, Employee Center, and UI Builder solutions.
• 5+ years of strong proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and ServiceNow theming.
• Extensive experience with Service Portal widgets, UI Builder components, and Catalog Item design.
• Proven expertise in integrating front-end solutions with ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, and Virtual Agent.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to create accessible, responsive, and user-centric designs.
• Familiarity with UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end performance optimization.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator).
