Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect to design, build, and guide the implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This role requires strong platform expertise, architecture leadership, and hands-on technical capability.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture, solution design, and technical governance for ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and development across HRSD, CMDB, IRM, ITOM, and ITSM.
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor development teams.
• Ensure platform security, performance, and adherence to ITIL and ServiceNow standards.
Required Skills
• Minimum 5+ years of ServiceNow experience; 3+ years in an Architect/Lead role.
• Expertise in one or more modules (HRSD, CMDB, IRM/GRC, ITOM, ITSM).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and data models.
• Experience with integrations, automation, and CMDB/Discovery (for ITOM roles).
• Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS (any module), CAD, CTA.
Soft Skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead Agile teams and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
