Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Lead (Admin cum Developer) with 7+ years of expertise in ServiceNow platform administration and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, leading enhancements, managing technical delivery, and mentoring the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead ServiceNow platform administration and development activities.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and security.
• Drive enhancements, upgrades, and technical delivery across modules.
• Manage cloning, MID Server, and Discovery processes.
• Define and enforce roles, ACLs, data policies, and platform security standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with ITIL processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
