Job Description:

Skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with deep expertise in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party system integrations.

Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM, and will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in ServiceNow technical solution design in addition to development

• Skilled in ServiceNow development with Script includes, Business Rules, ACLs, Data and UI policies, Data import activities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow integration solutions using Integrations (REST/SOAP), IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and custom scripts.

• Work across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM.

• Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain Integration documentation and interface specifications.

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.

• Participate in customer-facing roles and contribute to technical solution design.

Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certifications – Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-ITSM.

Experience with ServiceNow Spokes and custom connector development.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
