Must Have:
• 5+ years of recent demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead for ServiceNow implementations
• Recent demonstrated experience with ServiceNow CMDB
• Experience with the ServiceNow CMDB data model, CI lifecycle and relationship mapping, including Discovery/Service Mapping, and integrations impacting the CMDB
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with CMDB data quality governance, including KPIs, controls, reconciliation and normalization
