About the Role
A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) is hiring a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Consultant to join its Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. In this role, you’ll implement and optimize ServiceNow’s risk and compliance solutions, helping organizations improve cyber resilience and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and develop secure, scalable applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement ServiceNow GRC modules like IRM, SIR, VR, TPRM, BCM, etc.
• Define architecture, data models, access control frameworks, and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, UI mockups, and technical deliverables.
• Lead the full project lifecycle – from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Provide training and advanced support on complex system configurations.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce ServiceNow best practices, and mentor team members.
• Support pre-sales and technical solutioning as part of client engagements.
• Collaborate across global teams to deliver quality and consistency.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
• Experience implementing Risk, Audit, Policy, Vendor Risk, Security Incident Response (SIR).
• Strong command of ServiceNow development: Flow Designer, UI Builder, ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services.
• Completed 2–3+ end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
• Strong platform troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployment experience.
• Agile/Scrum experience and excellent stakeholder communication.
• ✅ Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Good to Have (Preferred Skills & Certifications)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CIS – Risk and Compliance Implementation Specialist
• CIS – Security Incident Response / Vendor Risk / Vulnerability Response Specialist
• Knowledge of ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB
• Familiarity with GRC platforms like RSA Archer, MetricStream
• Experience building strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow GRC/IRM
About the Team
You’ll be part of the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, helping enterprises stay ahead of threats by:
• Designing Cybersecurity Programs & Governance
• Managing Regulatory & Framework Compliance (NIST, ISO, etc.)
• Delivering Cyber Risk Quantification and Analytics
• Implementing Technology Compliance & GRC Tools
