What You’ll Do
• Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Advise on best practices and platform capabilities
• Collaborate with clients to refine complex requirements
• Maintain high standards in code, documentation, and design
What You’ll Bring
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture
• Experience with modules like ITSM, IRM, CSM, HRSD, and PPM
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and version control (e.g., Git)
• Understanding of ServiceNow security models and testing processes
