We are currently hiring for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer to join a growing ServiceNow team delivering projects across enterprise clients.
This opportunity would suit someone with around 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience who enjoys hands-on development, client interaction, and working within a collaborative consulting environment.
The Role
You will be involved in:
• ServiceNow development and configuration
• Supporting ServiceNow ITSM implementations
• Building workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements
• Working closely with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Supporting automation and continuous platform improvement
• Collaborating with technical and functional teams throughout project delivery
Requirements
• 3-5 years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong experience across ServiceNow ITSM
• ServiceNow CSA certification is essential
• Experience with:
• JavaScript
• Workflows
• Business Rules
• Flow Designer
• Integrations
• Platform customisation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Previous consulting or implementation experience is highly beneficial
Working Model
The office is based in Cape Town.
Candidates based in Cape Town would work in a hybrid model.
Candidates currently based in Johannesburg are also encouraged to apply. The company can offer a remote working arrangement with travel to Cape Town ideally once a month, as their clients value regular face-to-face collaboration.
Travel-related expenses, including flights and hotel accommodation, would be covered by the company.
