Job Title: Lead Tech BA with Service Now

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

W2 Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, design workflows, and support ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

Translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions

Configure and support ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)

Create user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications

Work closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders

Support integrations, testing (UAT), and deployment activities

Ensure best practices in ServiceNow implementation

Required Skills:

5+ years as Business Analyst

3+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience

Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology

Experience writing technical documentation

Understanding of ServiceNow integrations & APIs

Preferred:

ServiceNow CSA or CIS Certification

Experience with ITOM / HRSD / CSM

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs

Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
