ServiceNow Technical Architect

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for the Platform ownership and Development delivery and support of ServiceNow platform.

• Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thought leadership and the ability to inspire change in the organization through technology solutions.
• Creating architecture and design documentation, presenting technical solutions, guiding and mentoring technical staff, creating POC solutions, estimating solution costs and timelines, designing system integrations and data migrations, creating technical roadmaps
• Performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments, in this case, specifically ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow professional with deep understanding of ServiceNow modules/products, ITSM, ITOM (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery & Event Mgmt), APM, HRSD, IRM, BCM, IT Asset Management etc
• Experience with system upgrade & upgrade related activities.
• Understanding of ServiceNow licenses, plug-ins, activating plug-in and related license dependencies
• Experience with various integrations & APIs.
• Work with DevOps team for story backlogs and delivery schedule.
• Perform POCs
• Establish strong partnership with Business owners/product owners, help with developing road map.
• Support with establishing governance model, identifying & implementing areas of improvement for effective governance.

In addition:
• Stories to be developed along with business for expansion into new areas.
• Upgrades.
• Demos/workshops.
• Oversight of developers.
