Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in Berkshire)

Day Rate: £400/day (OUTSIDE IR35)

Contract Length: 6 months

ServiceNow Architect – Role & Responsibilities
• Lead on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
• Define and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance
• Design & implement ServiceNow modules
• Ensure platform scalability, security and integrations with other enterprise systems
• Solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance boards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align solutions with business objectives.

ServiceNow Architect – Required Experience
• 3+ years’ in ServiceNow technical architecture
• Implementation of core and advanced ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.)
• Integration of ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
• ITIL/ITSM best practices
• ServiceNow qualifications (desirable)
